As a former long serving civil servant before entering the legal profession I have knowledge of working with a key government department (Department of Health) in health policy and industrial relations.

Employment Law
As a lawyer with over 5 years experience working in a law firm specialising in employment law I can provide your company with locum support on various areas of employment law including, advice on contracts of employment, settlement agreements, interpretation of employment law, merit assessments, drafting legal documents including open/without prejudice letters, drafting articles on case decisions, dealing with enquiries. Of equal value is my knowledge of working for many years in industrial relations as a trade union negotiator and rep within the public sector

Other areas of law
I have a keen interest in other areas of law and willing to undertake legal support work in different disciplines I have developed knowledge in. I have worked for many years as a lawyer providing advice in legal advice centres, on housing, consumer law and civil law. I have a particular interest in developing my skills and knowledge in certain aspects of private client law, especially LPAs, Probate Practice and Wills and Succession where I am currently studying further qualifications.
